Tributes paid to young man who died in collision

The family and friends of a young man who died in a collision outside South Molton last week have been paying tribute to him.
Connor Hobbs, 22, from South Molton, was pronounced deceased at the scene of the two-vehicle collision involving a black Honda Civic car and a brown Scania HGV, which happened at around 2.55pm on Monday, May 12th on an unclassified road at Kingsland Barton, South Molton.
The family of Connor said, “His family and friends are devastated by his tragic death, a week short of his 23rd birthday.”
“We are grateful for the loving comments and pictures that have been shared of our lovely boy, who held family and friends dear to his heart.”
“We would politely request that we are now left alone to grieve and process the events of his death.”
Officers continue to make enquiries to establish the circumstances of the collision.
